These terms cover this website only. A subscription to the Groundlark application is governed by the subscription agreement you accept when you subscribe. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the subscription agreement applies.

We describe Groundlark as accurately as we can, but the site is for general information. Product examples, sample screens, and workflow illustrations are fictional and shown for explanation. Features, availability, and plans may change. What's included in your subscription is set out in your subscription agreement.

The Groundlark name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Baybloom Software Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the site, but you may not copy, modify, or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The site may link to services we don't control, such as a scheduling service. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
